Our first blend from 2009 and still produced on our farm. It is a blend of all ora cultivars with a fresh and balanced flavor. Since 2012, this blend has been consecutively listed in the 'Slow Food' Guide of extra virgin olive oils. It has a very delicate taste.

Aroma
Semi-sweet fragrance, with clear notes of artichoke, cut grass and almond. It carries pleasant hints of green tomato and olive pulp. Harmonious and bold.
Taste
Fresh and balanced. Rich, enveloping and warm.
Use
Its excellent balance is great with seafood and meat especially when they require a less strong kind of oil.
