Production
The pepper is added and pressed with the olives directly in the crusher.
Then it passes into the malaxers and the decanter and is extracted with the oil.

Taste
At the beginning the taste is strong and bold, but after a few minutes a  fresh sensation invades the mouth. A very pleasant sensation that further enhances the characteristics of extra virgin olive oil Podere il Montaleo.
